About Integrity Counseling Center
Our mission is to provide excellent counseling services and customer care, so that individuals, couples and families get unstuck from what is holding them back in life and create great relationships, find peace and joy, and live to their full potential.
While we see many diverse clients, Christians who are looking for their faith to be fully integrated into their treatment is a big part of our work. This means our therapists are able to competently integrate Christian faith into the treatment for the client (may include prayer or exploring a portion of a Biblical text).
While some of our clients share our Christian faith, all of our counselors welcome clients from different walks of life.
Each of our counselors specializes working with a specific clientele that they are experienced in and passionate about serving.
Our therapists have pursued advanced training and we enjoy the process of collaboration and the sharing of best practices among our colleagues.
We have therapists who specialize in doing trauma work and have training in EMDR and IFS. We also have therapists who work primarily with couples and are trained in EFT and Gottman Couples Therapy.
We highly value these qualities: Humble, Hungry and Smart.
Humble: We look for people who know their gifting but are not arrogant and prideful. Those who are willing to acknowledge their areas of growth and be authentic with the team.
Hungry: We look for therapists who want to work hard as they grow personally and professionally. Those who have a desire to be successful and willing to put time and energy into achieving excellence both personally and as a group.
Smart: We look for those who have common sense around others. Those who are interpersonally aware – notice other’s feelings and thoughts. Those who are willing to tackle problems collaboratively

**Our account representative from Indeed suggested that we included the position title, Christian Counselor, in the body of our description five times. Since their algorithms are keyword-based if we want Christian Counselors, searching for Christian Counseling and Christian Therapist positions we need to include those phrases, Christian Counselor and Christian Therapist, in the body repetitively "in a natural way". I'm not exactly sure how to accomplish including Christian Counselor five times naturally, so I'm including the position title Christian Counselor here, unnaturally, in this paragraph. If you are reading this paragraph, I hope it's because you are interested in a Christian Counselor position and this paragraph helped you see our job posting when you searched for Christian Counselor job openings. We look forward to hearing from you!!
